Yes, we recommend you do book a FREE induction so that you get the most out of your Gym visits. Inductions are advised but not compulsory unless between the ages of 16-18 years.
Yes, all ME sites provide changing facilities; including lockers, showers, toilets and a changing area.
Yes, free car parking is provided to all members at all sites. Please note, there are limited spaces available at MEK/H.
ME Hayes members are able to use the sauna free of charge under full membership. There are no spa facilities at ME Kingston and ME Uxbridge.
Yes, all sites house paper towel dispensers within the gym areas and request that all members abide by our ME Green Policy. Members are reminded to bring a sweat towel with them for personal use.
